“We came to Santa Cruz because our daughter ran the Santa Cruz Marathon. We didn’t know the course ahead of time and we were pleased to learn they ran directly in front of this hotel. The location couldn’t have been better for us. The room is spacious with a comfy king sized bed and lovely tile shower. We loved having a refrigerator, dishes and even a Nespresso maker during our stay. The only real negative is parking is tight (and the unit is upstairs). The location to the beach is another huge plus. We will definitely return - it is a lovely European-style hotel.”

“Wow. I mean WOW. We were going to stay at the Hilton Scotts Valley, but then found Bella Notte. Not only was it right where we wanted to be, the accommodations were outstanding. The rooms are fresh, clean, bright and welcoming. The amenities are nothing like we've experienced, even in resorts. Nesspresso machine. Microwave/convection oven. Electric teapot. Toaster. Big refrigerator. Walk-in shower. Walk-in closet. Super comfortable foam mattresses (not those flimsy-squishy ones). Wall-frame TV with all the regular apps. Responsive help chat through text and email that far surpasses anything we've experienced with Marriott properties. Boy, do we hope this place continues to be successful. It's walking distance from the beach. Close driving to all sorts of restaurants. I could go on, but instead of taking up your time reading this, go reserve your room! You won't be disappointed.”

“Overall it was a perfectly fine place to lay our heads each day! The shower water pressure was awful (I could not wash my hair due to the lack of water coming out of the shower head); which is the only reason I wouldn't stay here again. It was a nice short walk from the beach, well lit at night, had convenient EV chargers, allowed our pup to stay with us, was a nice size, and was well equipped! Maybe it was just the unit we were in that had water pressure issues in the shower; another unit might have been better! It's a short drive from all the "action" of Santa Cruz and provided a nice place to stay during our visit.”
