No street-sweeping restriction applies here. The property is in unincorporated Santa Cruz County, which publishes no residential sweeping schedule for this stretch of East Cliff Drive, and the property has its own 12-space lot. Posted signs govern.

One of the best Santa Cruz spots for beach access. Twin Lakes and Seabright State Beaches are a short walk along East Cliff Drive. Bus stops are steps away; Route 3A is a 10–15 minute ride to downtown.
None. Units 1–6 ground floor, 7–12 second floor, either staircase.
No BBQ and no in-unit fireplace. The fire pits nearby are the public ones on the beach, not ours.
New 65" or 55" Hisense Canvas smart TVs (55" in Units 3 and 9 due to space). Streaming apps only, personal login required.
Blacks Beach is a 4 to 6 minute walk. Nearby restaurants run to fresh seafood, Mexican, and Hawaiian grills. The artisan farmers market is steps away, Sundays 9 AM to 1 PM. The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk is a 15 minute drive, or a 45 minute walk over the Murray Street Bridge, which is slower than usual right now because of temporary one-way traffic.
Good to know here
- Sand/outdoor shower: an outdoor shower on the left side of the building and a water spigot right of Unit 6 are provided specifically to rinse off beach sand before entering a studio. Sand can clog drains. A shared battery-powered vacuum is available on request; each kitchenette has a small brush.
- Navigation tip: guests should search "Bella Notte Inn" in Google Maps, since the exact street address can misdirect within Santa Cruz.
- Hot water notice: two large commercial water heaters with a recirculation system serve all 12 units; a short wait for hot water is possible at peak times (after check-in, before checkout, after beach returns).
- Shared outdoor spaces: a table by the parking lot, two patio tables along the upstairs walkway (good sunset spots), and a landscaped area near Units 1 and 7. All shared, quiet-hours apply.
- Ice machine upstairs near the cleaner storage area; each room has its own ice bucket and liner.
- A filtered pet fountain is on the ground floor.
